A: Usually the MOQ is 500pcs, but we also consider smaller qty for trial order after evaluation.

Q: What file format do you need if I want my own design?
A: Any vector file is acceptable (ai, pdf would be the best). Then, our artist would make a mock up art with that logo on product for you to check before proceeding.

Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to
quantity.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shippment.
Q: What guarantee do I have for our orders with you since I have to pay in advance? What if the products you shipped are wrong or poorly made?
